I do not get the opportunity to have brunch in the backcountry often, fortunately the Loco Moco Skillet fits well in the dinner category too. Hearty, savory, and satisfying - serve it to me on a plate and I'd never guess it was a freeze-dried meal by the flavor. Enough calories and protein to refill the tank after full day on (or off!) the trail.
