Trail Goods Co. Shipping Policy

We’re stoked you’re here and ready to hit the trail with us!

At Trail Goods Co., we work hard to get your meals packed and shipped with care so you can focus on your next adventure. Below are the details of how our shipping works:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours (excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be fulfilled the following Monday, so our small team can enjoy the outdoors just like you. We believe in giving our crew the time off they deserve to recharge in nature.

  • During high-volume times (such as new product launches or sales), processing may take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.

Shipping Times

  • Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Most domestic orders arrive within 2–5 business days after fulfillment.

Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re here to help if something goes wrong. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@trailgoods.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
